Konnect is a custom-built onboarding and document management platform developed by Pixlbox. The system has been implemented by Code9 to streamline how they onboard customers, manage documentation, and connect with third-party service providers — all within a single, secure environment.

At its core, Konnect provides a robust workflow for customer onboarding, including secure document capture, digital signing, and automated PDF generation. This ensures that customer records are complete, consistent, and audit-ready, while significantly reducing manual handling and operational overhead.

An internal administration dashboard allows Code9 staff to manage customers, connections, and documents with fine-grained control and visibility. The platform was later extended to support partner accounts, enabling third-party providers to securely interact with the system and participate in the onboarding process without compromising data integrity or security.

Konnect was architected as a flexible and extensible platform, allowing new workflows, integrations, and business rules to be added over time without requiring a full rebuild. This future-proof approach ensures the system can evolve alongside Code9’s business model and partner ecosystem.

Pixlbox was entrusted to deliver a mission-critical system that now powers the majority of Code9’s customer connections. The result is a highly reliable, secure, and scalable platform that underpins a core operational function of the business.
